Freeze Time: 2–3 hours
Servings: 6 pieces

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • A handful of freeze-dried strawberries

  • A handful of freeze-dried mango or blueberries

  • Granola (optional topping)

 Instructions:

  1. Line a tray with baking paper.

  2. Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl.

  3. Spread the yogurt evenly onto the tray (about 1cm thick).

  4. Sprinkle freeze-dried fruits and granola on top.

  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.

  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!

✅ Tip: Store leftovers in a ziplock bag in the freezer for up to a week.

Overnight Oats with Freeze-Dried Banana

A healthy, grab-and-go breakfast that feels like dessert.

Chill Time: Overnight
Servings: 1 jar

 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk or oat milk

  • 2 tbsp yogurt

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

  • A handful of freeze-dried banana slices

  • Drizzle of honey or peanut butter (topping)

 Instructions:

  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in a jar.

  2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with freeze-dried banana and drizzle honey.

  4. Eat cold or warm it up for 30 seconds.

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

 Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, fruits, nuts, and chia seeds in a bowl.

  2. Warm peanut butter and honey in a pan until smooth.

  3. Pour over dry mix and stir well.

  4. Press into a lined tray and chill for 1–2 hours.

  5. Slice into bars and enjoy!
